We've been designing websites since 1998, and as styles evolve, our best work is always our most recent work - so expect us to keep adding examples. And we designed this site too, obviously :)

Print Advertising & Handouts

When it comes to print we've done full-page advertising, flyers and handouts, magazines, DVD covers, digital media kits, t-shirts and more. With advertising, it's important to consider the purpose of the message first; we will happily assist in creating a strong message if the goal is to create persuasive communication that turns prospects into customers. Online Advertising

In addition to many standard banner ad designs, we've also created hundreds of beautiful, high-impact 'website takeover' creatives which companies such as HMV, Sony, T-Mobile and Microsoft have approved and purchased. This work must often adhere to strict brand guidelines and is a good example of the results we offer when clients trust us with their brands. We've created thousands of eye-catching artworks to make consumer web content the best it can be. With an attention to detail that crossed the line into 'obsessive' a long time ago, it's a visual quality you would expect from magazines, applied to the web. Web Design

Basic Site Package (Design + Markup)

This package is ideal for businesses that need a simple but professional looking site with a few pages detailing its services. The site will be designed to your desired look and feel, so that your brand is presented consistently with the rest of your marketing - the more specific you want to be about what you want, the better.

This package includes the visual design of the site which we send to you for approval and revisions, followed by the the markup (web coding) of the final design in XHTML/CSS with related images and scripts. These files will then be sent to you in a Zip file ready for you to transfer to your own web hosting space.

Advanced Site Package (Design + Markup + CMS Implementation)

If you need a site that's more robust than the Basic Site Package, consider CMS (content management system) implementation such as WordPress, which allows you to log in to the site and manage it, add posts or blog updates, have an RSS feed, and so on. Many businesses find that they attract more customers by creating content in this way as it conveys the 'personal touch' and also helps customers discover the business via search engines (SEO - search engine optimisation).

Alternatively, maybe your website is content-oriented, such as a news site or blog. Whatever the case, our design and markup will be closely tailored to the actual purpose of the project - it's never a case of "one design rule fits all".

In addition to WordPress, we also support Drupal or Joomla CMS implementations.

Ecommerce Site Package (Design, Markup + Magento CMS Implementation)

If your project is going to be an ecommerce site that sells products, then consider our Ecommerce Site Package. This means the same SEO-optimised high quality design work you get with the packages above (except in the style of a retail site rather than a corporate or content-based site of course), however this time the CMS implementation is designed for Magento, a powerful and feature-rich open source ecommerce web application that gives online merchants full conrtol over the way their site works.

Hosting Option
If you don't have web hosting space, we can host it for you, register the domain name if needed, set up the site and basically have it live on the web as soon as all the design work is complete.

Print Design

1. Full/Half Page Advert

Take advantage of our fast-turnaround, eye-catching print design service for your magazine / newspaper / outdoor advertising needs. Just tell us:

• Where the ad will appear and the technical spec (i.e. print size and other factors that the host magazine will provide you/us).
  
  
• What you want the message to be (with our assistance on copywriting, if required).
  
  
• Details on the colours, brand style and purpose of the ad (is it for direct response or brand awareness?) and any similar ads you've seen and liked.
  
  

...and we send you an initial outline. If you tell us we're on the right track then we go ahead and complete the design, and send to you via email for approval or revision. The work is then completed at 300dpi CMYK (print) resolution and colour, ready for the host magazine or professional print service.

2. Print Design: Anything Else!

When it comes to print, we're experienced at designing high-quality A4/letter flyers, magazines, DVD covers, book covers (and eBook covers for that matter), flyers and leaflets, posters, business cards and stationery, menus and more. The overall process works the same as described above, so you can be sure you'll be satisfied with the results and see what we're doing as we work through the project. Just ask us for a quote!

We have direct access and great rates to what we believe is the highest quality, most affordable and fastest-turnaround printing company in the country, and if you need us to handle the whole process for your print design project - including printing and delivery of the final product - we will be happy to put the whole package together for you under a single invoice.

Some things worth mentioning when requesting a quote, if possible!

• First off - what kind of work do you need done? (General outline!)
  
  
• What is the purpose of the design work? (Service promotion? Direct response? Lead generation? Brand awareness? Content publishing?) Who will see it and what do you want people who see it to do?
  
  
• What features should (or should not) be included? If it's web design work for example: Sidebar? Background image? Advertising spots? Intro video spot? Top or sidebar navigation?
  
  
• Try to use some words to describe the brand image that the visual style should follow - is it corporate and serious? Playful and colourful? Elegant? Minimalist? What kind of colour scheme do you want?
  
  
• Can you provide a visual outline of the layout you'd like? This can be as rough as you like but if you have something specific in mind it might help - no matter how rough it looks.
  
  
• Can you provide art assets for use in the design, for example logos, artwork, photography etc? If it's print work, are these hi-resolution? (If not, we can often "rebuild" logos at hi-res to be print-ready).
  
  
• Can you give examples of other websites/print work you have seen whose style/layout/message or other features you'd like us to bear in mind when designing?
  
  
• How about examples of stuff that you want to steer well clear from?!
